[rt-users] Problem with Append to an existing ticket

Hi
Earlier when I was sending an email with an existing ticket no, it was
getting appended to the same ticket. But suddenly it has stopped
working. I have no clue why. It says permission denied each time.
If anyone has any idea please let me know.
