[rt-users] attachments still not working

Just in case anyone else out there is having this problem and has a 
solution - the patch that I thought had fixed the attachment problem 
(attachments can't be opened, they show up as encoded text) apparently 
doesn't work for us. It seems to work sometimes, sometimes it doesn't. Very 
odd. We've just given up on them for the moment, looking fwd to a new 
release of rt3 sometime.
