[rt-users] SUEXEC wrapper

I recently updated various perl components via CPAN.  Upon restarting
apache, I received the following message (repeated twice):

Warning: User directive in <VirtualHost> requires SUEXEC wrapper.

However, everything appears to still be working.

What is the significance of this warning?

Where does it come from?

What does this imply (on Mac OS X)?
