[rt-users] Rt2 or Rt3

Hi,

Just wanted to know from people using RT, which is better, version 2 or 3?
I've heard people changing back to version 2 because of problems with version 2, could anyone name a few of the issues?

Secondly, I want to add a new rtname to each queue, is this possible?
