[rt-users] RT Search works wierd?

I have rt2.0.15 running. and I have a queue which has a type keywordselect 
and a status keywordselect (needed more detailed statuses) When I select != 
Done from the status keyword all the tickets that are not marked done show 
up. I then proceed to add  == Change for the type keywordselect and I get 
more tickets than I had before instead of less. Why is that? How do I fix it.
