[rt-users] RT2 - OnOwnerChange doesn't work for taking, only assigning.

You probably need OnTicketPickup as well. I have:

OnOwnerChange OpenTicket with template Blank  
OnTicketPickup OpenTicket with template Blank  

I can't remember where I downloaded it from. :(
