I forgot to mention echo "foo" |/opt/rt2/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general
--action correspond
from the localhost does create a ticket in RT.

I'm running redhat 7.3 with sendmail 8.11.6 and I have followed the

doc's for a redhat system however I continue to get the following
