[rt-users] Which cases are modified?

Normally, Tickets-Correspondencs comes in all the time. Is there any way
to have a quick glance at the modified/newly commented tickets.

As far as I can see the only way is to make a new search.

Couldn't there be colors for the new modified tickets - modified from
comments?
