[rt-users] Initial Login

I just built and installed RT 3.0.2.  I believe that I accepted the
default username/password combination of rt_user and rt_pass, but I'm
unable to login to the system for the first time.  Did I miss a step?
Are there any ways to figure out why I can't connect?
