[rt-users] cannot reply to more than two email addresses

Hi I noticed when I reply to a ticket from RT (2.0.13) It only gets to the
first two email addresses that are in my CC and chop of the rest

Did anyone else come across this issue ? suggestions ? solution(s) ?
