AW: [rt-users] RT 3.0.1 -> 3.0.2 webui character set

I had the same problem and after testing for a while
a decided to change me OS from SuSE 7.3 (Perl 5.6.x) to
SuSE 8.1 (Perl 5.8.x) which solved the problems with
german umlauts in the webui and the sent tickets ..
