[rt-users] Correct upgrade path from RT 2.1.71 to 3-0-2

Can anyone please tell the me the correct steps into upgrading from 2.1.71 (less than a year old) to 3-0-2.  Please be somewhat specific.  I tried just upgrading via the upgrade script and it did not work.
