[rt-users] Problems creating ticket by email

Got all the system installed but I can't achieve one really important 
thing. I can't create tickets by sending an email to the rt adress I set.
When I create a ticket by the webUI, I can reply by mail to the ticket 
and add comments, no problem. But my point is *CREATING* a ticket by 
sending an email. When i try this i got the following in my sendmail log :

After redirecting the STDERR to a log file (weird way to support the 
--debug option by sending the pb to stderr when rt-mailgate is launched 
by sendmail...) I got this thing :

Connecting to http://xxx:8181/rt3/REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway at 
/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate line 446, <> chunk 1.
temporary failure
RT server error.

The RT server which handled your email did not behave as expected. It
said:

temporary failure

And my apache access.log says :
213.56.31.112 - - [02/Oct/2003:11:32:57 +0200] "POST 
/rt3/REST/1.0/NoAuth/mail-gateway HTTP/1.1" 200 30 "-" 
"libwww-perl/5.69" (-/-)

I can't figure how to deal with that ...
