[rt-users] Worked time cumulated

When time is entered for either a reply or a comment, the time is cumulated
with the current total time.  This works in my system also (3.0.5).

Hi All
 
When we update the worked time, we always need to override the 
Time in the field.
 
I did not see a place where the RT system cumulated the worked time. 
 
In RT history we have the worked time transaction. Do we have the worked
time cumulated?
 
This situation is due to multi technicians worked on the same ticket.
