[rt-users] reporting bugs?

How do I report bugs in RT? The link at their website just takes me to a 
list of bugs, but no "Create Bug" link anywhere.

The bug is when I click on a queue name in the Quick search of the main 
panel it errors out. Clicking on the New/Open Calls links works fine.
