[rt-users] intermittent RT webserver/db failure

Has anyone observed this ?

Every so often (where often is several times an hour when we have several
users), a seemingly random RT page request fails, a logout, or a ticket
display, or something else.

The error in the apache error log is :

[Wed Oct  8 12:36:17 2003] [error] Can't get
DBI::dr=HASH(0x8e9c600)->{Name}: unrecognised attribute at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Apache/DBI.pm line 67.

I've tried upgrading DBI from 1.37 to 1.38, although I haven't touched
apache::dbi yet.

This is Apache1.3.27 from back ported redhat RPM with appropriate ssl
fixes etc..  and rt2.0.15 with perl 5.6.1.
