Heres the situation:

current server: RT 2.0.15, perl 5.8.0, Storable.pm 2.04, MySQL 3.23.53a,
Redhat 8.0
test server: RT 3.0.5, perl 5.8.0, Storable.pm 2.04, MySQL 4.0.15,
Redhat 7.3

Using v1.20 of rt-2.0-to-dumpfile, I have done the dump successfully on
the current server. I then copy over all the files in the rtdump
directory to the new server and run dumpfile-to-rt-3.0 with the right
directory and lib path set, I get the following result:

[root at helpdesk rtdump]# /root/dumpfile-to-rt-3.0 /var/spool/rtdump/

and on and on. The users and groups do get successfully inserted into
the tables, but I don't see any tickets getting in. What am I missing
here? It seems like it should be obvious but I can't seem to figure it out.

Thanks
Tom
