[rt-users] FW: Install RT-3-0-6 Problems Redhat 8 perl 5.8.1

After I  check for depdencies (see below)  I do make upgrade. which goes
well. Seems like everything works.

But when I restart Apache.

It looks like Maketest version 1.04 is listed below in the dependency check.
