[rt-users] Create a ticket in the Self Service, how??

Hi,

I fiddled with the grouprights, but without luck....

I wanted to allow my users to create new tickets via the Self Service
webinterface.

It looks good, when it starts, but the queue-fiels remains empty and hence
the creation fails.

Any suggestions?
