[rt-users] Can't start apache anymore

after restarting our Debian Linux box I'm not able to start apache 
anymore. I get error:

Bareword found where operator expected at /dev/null line 1, near 
"apache/bin" (Missing operator before bin?)
syntax error at /dev/null line 1, near "usr/local"
Execution of /dev/null aborted due to compilation errors.
parse: Success
/usr.... apachectl start: httpd could not be started

I have troubles staring sshd too which might be different problem.

I have tried to install Apache, modperl and RT again (on top of the old 
installs) but the problem remains.

I'm using perl 5.80
