[rt-users] Homepage only shows open tickets under the "10 highest priority t ickets I own... " listing (RT 3.0.6)

Hi,
I'm getting a lot of flack from users as the "10 highest priority tickets I
own... " listing only shows tickets they own and that are open; stalled
tickets aren't shown.
Is this a known bug/issue or am I missing something somewhere?
