Dear all,
I've configured RT 3.0.6 with mailgate on redhat 8.0. While
it does not have any problems sending out mail via mailgate after a
ticket is created from the web page, I have problems creating a ticket
by sending an e-mail. My aliases configuration is as follow:
rt: "|/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue Helpdesk --action correspond
--url http://help.example.com/"
rt-comment: "|/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue Helpdesk --action comment
--url http://help.example.com/"
My maillog returned the following:

Can anyone help me out? Would really appreciate it.
