[rt-users] Installing the faq module for RT-3-0-5

You upgraded to RT 3.0.5 from an earlier version. "make upgrade" doesn't
correctly install an upgraded database modification tool. If you cd into
your rt 3-0-5 build dir and "make install" rtfm should install
correctly.
