[rt-users] take/open ticket button.

Hi again..
 
Iv'e read the docs, and tried the script on page 17. 
I dont want the ticket to open when a privilegied user comment a new ticket.
 
To create a new button like open/take is there som already known way to do
that?
 
Pls. if I missed it in the doc, or in the list enlighten me..
