[rt-users] take - open ticket.

Hi.
 
We have been using rt2 for over a year and are now starting to 
try out rt3.
 
I have some questions that I havn't  found in the list.
 
1. When someone comment a ticket it opens, is that a new feature?
    Is there someway to disable that feature?
 
2. When a user takes a ticket is there som way to auto open it. I tried 
    to make a script in the built in script manager, but no cigarr.
