[rt-users] Double Messages

Hello all, I have looked through all my archived emails for the list and
could not find an answer to this.

Every time we open a ticket, at a minimum 2 emails go out to every user that
is a member of the group.  I have gone through the configuration setup many
times and still can not find out why.  Could someone please shed some light
on this for me?
