[rt-users] Customer ticket querry

HI All
Im a new user and I want to know if somebody can resolve this situation:
The customer can inquiry all tickets by using GO TO TICKET, Im using 3.0.5
I want the customer can inquiry only his ticket (where can we block the
query?)
