[rt-users] Good Instruction for RT3 + Apache2 + FastCGI + MYSQL

Guys!
I just finished installing all missing perl modules for FastCGI + Postgres
(see my previous message) and I used the tarball so I will know
everything(WHEW!) These are my complete lists for your info.
