[rt-users] RTFM - Users can't see articles

Hi all,

I'd like to know what permissions need to be set in order for my
unprivileged users to see the RTFM articles? I've already set Everybody to
SeeClass and ShowArticle, but still when I log in as a normal user (not
staff), I can't even see the RTFM tab on the left! :(
