[rt-users] Re: rt-mailgate problems

Phillip Knowles PKnowles at nubridges.com

I am running RT3 and cannot get an inbound email to open a ticket.

I have added /etc/aliases:

# rt mail forwarding

rt: "|/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general --action
correspond --url http://rt.nubrid

ges.com/"

rt-comment: "|/opt/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general --action
comment --url http://rt.nubridges

.com/"

I have added a soft link in smrch

When I send an email to rt at rt.nubridges.com

Here is the sendmail logfiles:

Apr 1 20:22:38 rt sendmail[9000]: i321Mcv8009000:

, proto=ESMTP, daemon=MTA, relay=germanium.numethods.com [10.0.26.97]

Apr 1 20:22:39 rt sendmail[9001]: i321Mcv8009000: i321Mdv8009001: DSN:

Outbound email is working fine.

Any guidance would be appreciated,

Phillip Knowles
