[rt-users] On correspond doesn't send mail

I can send mail to RT and I receive the autoreply.
When I resolve a ticket, the resolved mail is sent.

If I correspond to RT, if I add something by email, it will be added to
the ticket, as I can see by the web interface, but no mail is sent!

Can someone help?

(Sorry for my poor english, i'm more used to french ;) )
