[rt-users] How to really delete tickets

After a huge mail looping problem, our database has grown considerably w/
useless tickets.

I know marking them "deleted" still keeps them around in the database. 

How do you actually get them out of the database for real?

Sorry if this is somewhere in the FAQ or something, but I'm so at wits end
about getting this loop under control and getting the bogus tickets out of
the queue, I can't think straight enough to find this.
