[rt-users] RT_System - Outgoing email about a comment recorded

Perhaps the "Outgoing email" section of the configuration file is worth
a look:


# By default, RT records each message it sends out to its own internal
# database.
# To change this behaviour, set $RecordOutgoingEmail to 0 

Set($RecordOutgoingEmail, 1);
