[rt-users] Search broken in 3.2.1 upgrade

I upgraded from 3.0.10 to 3.2.1 and as instructed by the README, first renamed
my old RT directory so there wouldnt be any files that shouldnt be there.

Now, searches don't work. If I use the Search button at the top it just
reloads the main page with a ?q= appended to the URL. If I use the Tickets
menu item on the left, I get:

The requested URL /rt/Search/Listing.html was not found on this server.
