[rt-users] Custolizing default View

Hi!
How can I modify the "RT auf einen Blick" page? ( RT overview?!? )
That´s the first page, after logon.
I want to more than 10 entries or less on the "newest unowned tickets".
And I want to exclude some queues for all users or if possible for single
users.
But the queue should be viewable in the queues-overview.

Is there an easy way?
