[rt-users] Troubles getting the rt mailgate script to work .

Im seeing the e following error when attempting to submit an email to a
que
 
Sendmail 8.12.11
RT V. 3.0.11
 
my aliases file has this in it. 
rt-netops:  "|/usr/local/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue 'net-ops' --action
correspond --url http://localhost/rt3
I have used this
rt-netops:  "|/usr/local/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue 'net-ops' --action
correspond --url http://hostname/rt3
as well as 
rt-netops:  "|/usr/local/rt3/bin/rt-mailgate --queue 'net-ops' --action
correspond --url http://IP-ADDRESS/r3
 
in all cases I receive this error in my mail logs.
 
 
 
prog mailer (/bin/sh) exited with EX_TEMPFAIL
 
 
Does the URL the alias statement need to proivide full path to the site?
