[rt-users] newbie

Hi,

 

I am new to RT (and Linux for that matter), I have installed it and
everything seems to be working fine. 

 

I am a bit confused over rights and scrips, I've read the draft manual and
its very good at telling you what everything does but not why. Does anyone
know of a best practices document or something that tells you what can be
accomplished with RT and how to get started?
