I clicked on the Sales link on the Contact page at bestpractical.com (http://www.bestpractical.com/contact.html), sent an email, and it was bounced (twice) with this message: "Unable to reach destination or recipient is invalid". I report this in case it's a real problem. -Kevin Murphy
