[rt-users] RT3 and HTML emails

Hi all,

I'm using RT3.2.1, and I'm finding that when a user sends in an email
which contains HTML markup, RT will happily take it into the system and
display it to screen, but the emails which are sent back to the
submitting user contain the line : "This transaction appears to have no
content"

Any ideas on what a good solution for this is ?

I found a post about using HTML::Scrubber, but I'm pondering where the
best place is to use it (perhaps the mailgate ?)
