[rt-users] RT ticket Reminder

Hi all,

I am looking for a way to setup reminders for tickets.  Is there anyway
that I can be reminded of a ticket if it is not updated within the hour?
Also if I have a ticket and I want to be reminded about it in two days.
I'm really just looking for a ticket reminder add-in.
