[rt-users] Problem attachments under RT3.0.9

There's a seting in MySQL (I'm assuming that this is what you're using)
that defaults to 1mb.  I can't remember the setting off the top of my
head, but google should be able to find it.  You have to make sure it's
as large as the largest attachment you want to store.
