[rt-users] Numeric usernames don't work

I tried creating a username with an all numeric ID (e.g. "12345"). When
I try to login, I get "Error Your username or password is incorrect".
However, if I put an alphabetic character in the username, it works
fine.

Is there a reason my configuration won't accept a totally numeric
username? BTW, employees are issued numeric userids.
