  Subject: [rt-users] Periodic Automatic Ticket

We have a few routine maintenance jobs that need to be done about once every six months or so. I would like to automatically have a ticket created (using a cron job or something to that effect) that will create specific tickets periodically. Any suggestions on how I should do this? I know that RT can do this from the command line, but I need a little direction in making this happen. Thanks in advance for the help!
