[rt-users] OnCreate Autoreply scrip suddenly not working

Hi everyone,

Until recently, RT was processing the following standard scrip:

On Create
Notify Requestors
Global template: Autoreply

Now RT doesn't send the autoreply anymore. All other scrips and email
correspondence with RT seem to be running fine. I haven't changed anything
related to this scrip that I'm aware of. Nor have I changed the RT config
file.

I'm at a loss as to the next step of debugging? Can anyone offer a
suggestion?
