[rt-users] can't login through web interface

Use RT_SiteConfig.pm
By default RT uses SysLog, but you can specify standalone file.
Defautls are in RT_Config.pm

Look in your configs again: httpd, RT.
I really don't know where problem is.

If you are using httpd2 and mp2 then try to update it from sources.

So it's server side issue.
