[rt-users] rt-3.0.8, unable to open attachements

Since upgrading to 3.0.8, I'm no unable to open any attachments in any
ticket.  New attachments fail as well.  This problem only appears to happen
with IE.  Firebird has no problems with it.

Hopefully this is not by design.

Any clues?
