[rt-users] Reminders or "ticklers" for unresolved requests...

Newbie here...

After running RT for a few weeks now, I find that some of my techs are
leaving tickets open.  How can I get the system to send a "reminder" e-mail
to one tech, or all of them (if it's a NEW, non-owned ticket).
