[rt-users] How can you temporarily stop RT from sending emails?

Greetings,

How can you temporarily stop RT from sending emails? I have made a copy of
my production environment in order to do some troubleshooting and I want to
make sure that no emails get out.

I tried setting MailCommand to 'undef' but it seems that SendEmail.pm is
still somehow able to get them out.
