[rt-users] RT3.0.7_01: Attachments over 1MB

We are experiencing a problem with adding attachments over 1MB. my.cnf is
set to10mb max_packet_size and RT_Config.pm is set to 10mb. Attachments
over 1mb are not saved with request, either through email or web UI. rt.log
does not have any messages about the attachment error. All attachments up
to 1mb are fine.

Is there any place else the max attachment size is set?

SunOS 5.8
MySQL 4.0.13
RT3.0.7_01
