[rt-users] Installing RT 3.0.8 on Win32

Hi All- I am working with Autrijus Tang's Windows port of version 308,
and am working on some installation issues.  

Is this an appropriate forum for handling the Win32 issues?  I notice
that there aren't too many posts on this topic.
